Commitment     Accountability      Relationships     Evangelism

Care groups are "in home" small groups provide aid in spiritual development through prayer, sharing, and building strong personal relationships with other committed Christians. Taking our example from Acts 2:42, Covenant Community Church incorporated "Care Groups" since the beginning of our fellowship in 1976. These "in-home" small groups provide aid in spiritual development through prayer, fellowship, study, and building strong personal relationships with other members.

Each Care Group is different. Members may spend time in informal worship, fellowship, study and social interaction. The leader or a member may teach  a short Bible lesson or lead a discussion on a variety of topics. The Elders and Care Group Leaders who oversee these meetings are dedicated to serving the group and meeting individual needs. Care Groups generally include a time of prayer as well as a  time of fellowship with light refreshments.

Membership in a care group is recommended but not mandatory. In Acts 20:20, many years after the birth of the early church, we find Paul continuing to "teach publicly and from house to house." This example reveals the importance Paul the Apostle placed on this type of personalized ministry. We feel the importance is just as valid today. People need to know that someone cares!

Care Groups are currently located in Fort Walton Beach and Niceville Florida

Covenant Youth

 “The Youth Group that praises”

Our Mission:

To make disciples of Jesus Christ, who live out their God-given purpose. The youth ministry of Covenant Community

Church targets middle and high-school age students.  Our goal is to see "A generation connected to their God-purposed destiny."

Today more than ever before, teenagers are desperate for reality. Covenant Community Church is dedicated to helping the youth of our area find help and reality in Jesus Christ. He is the answer and only in Him are we fulfilled.

We desire through the building of strong relationships and close interaction with parents to reach our teenagers for Christ and disciple them to become strong, mature members of the body of Christ.

Covenant Youth meets weekly on Sundays.  The 1st and 3rd Sunday during morning service and the 2nd and 4th Sunday evening at 5:30 pm in the Upper Room

Kingdom Kids Children's Ministry

"...Allow the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for such is the

Kingdom of God."                                                                                     Mark 10: 14

At Covenant Community Church we want every child entering to know they are loved and valued as an individual and to know the love of Jesus Christ. We want to help every child to know that they have a special place in the household of God. We want to lead them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and working with the parents, we want to help every child stand alone for Christ in their neighborhood and at school. Our children are an essential part of the Kingdom of God.

What is our Children's Ministry?

We present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our children on their level, bringing the Bible alive by using drama, and a variety of creative ways.  We make it fun and exciting to learn about Jesus and His love.

Programs on both Wednesday Evening and Sunday Morning

Infant and toddler nurseries are offered at every service for children from 6 weeks - 3 years of age. We provide care for your newborn in a well-equipped, loving environment where your child will be surrounded in an atmosphere of warmth and security. We also provide lots of fun, teaching, and games for our busy toddlers.

A "Baby Cry Room" is also available across from the Infant Nursery with a closed-circuit television monitor so parents will not miss the service if they do not utilize the nurseries.
