ROBBIE & KALA BAILEY
Senior Pastor
Kala joined the Covenant Family in 2006 and Pastor Robbie followed, in pursuit of his bride, in 2008. They joined the Coast Guard in 2009 but returned to CCC in 2015. Since December 2019 Robbie has served as Assistant Administrator, Youth Pastor, Administrator, Interim Senior Pastor and, since March 2023, Senior Pastor. Kala serves in nursery, worship team and, most importantly, keeps Pastor Robbie in line. They have three beautiful children: Bella, Lilybeth and Cooper.
OZZIE & GYRA BLOXSON
Associate Pastor
Ozzie Bloxson has been with Covenant Community Church since 1976 when the church first opened. He and his wife Gyra reside in Fort Walton Beach. Ozzie joined the staff in 1995 and functions as the Associate Pastor/Evangelist.
GLEN AND LORA GLASS
Lora joined the Covenant Family in 1994 and Glen followed in 1997. Our children’s ministry room, Glass Hall, is named after their son, Kevin Glass, who is worshipping God in Heaven. Glen and Lora have true servants’ hearts and are a vital part of the fabric of CCC. You may be greeted by them on Sunday and can also find them anywhere that there is work to be done.
BEN & MARILYN BILBY
Ben and Marilyn Bilby joined Covenant Community Church in 1980. Pastor Ben was our third Senior Pastor, and they continue to bless us with their ministry. Ben and Marilyn serve as Care Group Leaders and Pastor Ben conducts our Understanding Church Life, for our new members.

WAYNE & WENDY JUSTICE
Wayne and Wendy have been a part of CCC for over 25 years, serving in various ministries such as audio/visual, children’s, women’s, family life, worship, and more. In addition to running a medical practice in Niceville, Wayne and Wendy are the proud parents of two adopted children.
ANTHONY (Tony) & ELAINE ANDERSON
Tony and Elaine Anderson have been attending CCC since 1997. Tony is an Elder and the Worship Leader. Tony has served on our Uganda mission team for the past five years. Elaine is the leader of the REFIT® Ministry and serves on the worship team. They have been married since 1980. Tony is retired from the City of Fort Walton Beach.Elaine is retired from the Okaloosa County School District. They continue to be actively involved in CCC and the local community.
WAYNE & MARLIESA BURR
Wayne and Marliesa have been faithful members of Covenant for many years. Wayne served on staff here at Covenant and was responsible for maintaining the facilities and did so with honor and excellence! Prior to coming on staff at Covenant, Wayne served with the United States Air Force, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant. Wayne serves as a Deacon and continues to bless his Covenant family.
